As a subject with distinct "sociality" and "epochality",Morality and Rule of Law in Junior Middle School has always maintained close ties with the social development and paying attention to social trends.It understands the needs of society and will be specific to the requirement of civil society.It is committed to culture all-round development person with correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,solid cultural accomplishment,independent development and strong social participation ability.It is necessary to change the name and content of Ideological and Moral Teaching Materials for Junior High School to adapt to socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and promote socialist core values.However,the growth process of any new thing is not always smooth,especially in the early stage of the growth of new things,the problems left over from the old things need to be solved urgently,and the problems highlighted by the new things will add new challenges.Based on the research literature on the teaching of Junior High School Morality and Rule of Law,this study uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the current situation of the students in the seventh and eighth grades who are using the new textbooks,and assists in the literature research method,classroom observation method,The experience summarization method is carried out in the course of the implementation of the textbooks for Junior High School Morality and Rule of Law:the development of extracurricular curriculum resources for Junior High School Morality and Rule of Law is insufficient;the professional literacy of junior high school morality and rule of law teachers is lacking;Students pay more attention to the three major issues of morality and rule of law,and propose corresponding constructive strategies from the perspectives of society,teachers and students.They provide some reference for improving the teaching status of Junior High School Morality and Rule of Law and promoting curriculum reform.
