| The class question and answer activities,including the question,waiting to answer,call answer,student answer,responses to the student’ s answer,the five links.As an important part of classroom question and answer activities,teachers’ responses to students’ answers means teachers how to response to the students’ answers and how to handle the students’ answers.Teachers’ response to students’ questions in class can reflect the level of teachers’ teaching experience and ability.It plays an important role in the dialogue between teachers and students.Teachers’ excellent response and intelligent answer can make a class shining and make students learn something.At present,most of the studies on classroom question and answer activities focus on teachers’ questions,but the study on teachers’ response to students’ questions is insufficient,and front-line teachers’ understanding of response to students’ questions is not optimistic.Therefore,this study selects the teachers’ responses to students’ answers in Primary Schools as the research topic,strengthens primary school teachers’ attention to teachers’ response to students’ questions,and makes it play its due role and value.This paper combines the activity theory and the actual situation,designs the survey dimension,and tries to reflect the reality of the responses to students’ answers of primary school teachers comprehensively and truly.In this paper,12 teachers from A primary school in Chengdu are taken as the survey samples.Based on the survey dimension designed by the author,classroom observation method is adopted to observe the teachers’ responses to students’ answers of 12 sample teachers,and interview method is adopted to conduct teacher interview on the knowledge and attitude of teachers’ responses to students’ answers.Based on the first-hand information obtained from classroom observation and interview,this paper comprehensively and deeply describes the reality of the responses to students’ answers of A primary school teachers,analyzes the existing problems,and discusses the mechanism of teachers’ responses to students’ answers.Finally,the paper puts forward the improvement strategies of teachers’ responses to students’ answers for teachers.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction.It expounds the research origin,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods;Sorts out and comments on the related research;Analyzes the related concepts and defines the concept of the teachers’ responses to students’ answers.The second part is about the design and implementation of the investigation.The investigation design part includes constructing investigation dimension based on activity theory.The investigation dimension includes four parts: the subject,the purpose,the process and the result.The design section also identified the observation and interview tools needed for the survey.The implementation part includes the selection of teacher samples and the process of investigation and implementation.The third part presents the survey results of the teachers’ responses to students’ answers of A primary school teachers,which is mainly presented according to the design of survey dimensions,including teachers’ understanding,teachers’ attitude,teachers’ responses purpose,responses process and responses result.The fourth part,according to the current situation of A primary school,summarizes the existing problems.The fifth part is the reflection on the mechanism of teachers’ responses to students’ answers.In the last part,puts forward the improvement strategies of teachers’ responses to students’ answers for primary school teachers. |
