With the acceleration of social development and the rapid development of market economy,many inadaptabilities between education and society and economy have gradually emerged.Educational resources are congenitally inadequate,and people are born with the characteristics of pursuing personal interests.The scarcity of resources will inevitably lead to competition.When the competition escalates,the limited educational resources can not meet the needs,and conflicts will erupt gradually.In order to avoid the adverse consequences of conflicts,educational reform must rationally distribute the limited educational resources and make the best balance of educational resources.Educational reform is the readjustment of existing educational interests and rights.The process of educational reform involves a wide range of issues.Educational rights and interests struggle with each other.Generally speaking,there are two ways to solve disputes: one is violent conflict mode,which can solve disputes by means of violence,but this way often brings huge property and even personal casualties,huge losses,and has been less used in modern society;the other is peaceful compromise mode,in which both parties to the conflict and even many parties make certain concessions to reach an agreement and protect the parties.The achievement of basic interests is not entirely satisfactory,but an acceptable result.Peaceful compromise is used more frequently in modern society because it costs less and benefits more.Therefore,in order to promote educational reform peacefully and smoothly,we must attach importance to compromise,and active cooperation and compromise in educational reform is the best way.In terms of specific ideas,based on the relevant literature at home and abroad and related research,the paper first demonstrates the necessity and possibility of compromise in educational reform,and then summarizes the criteria for compromise,i.e.the principle of compromise.On this basis,it puts forward a perfect compromise mechanism and procedure in educational reform.Finally,it discusses the compromise in Education and the non-compromise in education in the conclusion.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first part describes the reasons for choosing the topic,and summarizes the existing research at home and abroad,explains the research methods and ideas used in writing,and discusses the connotation of "educational reform" and "compromise" and related concepts.The second part analyses why compromise is necessary in educational reform,and explains it from two aspects: first,non-compromise is one of the main factors that make educational reform difficult,mainly from the internal tension between non-compromise and the rising awareness of the subject's rights,the internal tension between non-compromise and the diversity of interests,the internal tension between non-compromise and the limitation of resources,the internal tension between non-compromise and the concept of value.The internal tension between pluralism is elaborated in four aspects.Secondly,compromise is a contradiction adjustment mechanism in educational reform.Compromise is the rational expression of educational reform,and compromise promotes the modernity of educational reform.The third part elaborates the possibility of compromise in educational reform,mainly from three aspects: the formation of public interest in education,the development of public reason and the development of political civilization.The fourth part deals with the principle of compromise in educational reform,which mainly includes four aspects: the principle of rule of law,the principle of mutual benefit,the principle of moderation and the principle of tolerance.The fifth part mainly analyses the compromise mechanism of educational reform,including expression mechanism,negotiation mechanism,third-party coordination mechanism,compensation mechanism and accountability mechanism.The sixth part carries on the related analysis to the compromise procedure,including identifying the problem,analyzing the stakeholders,finding the stakeholders,rational communication,reaching consensus and dynamic regulation.The seventh part is the last chapter,which explores the boundaries of compromise in educational reform,including two aspects: the non-compromise in education and the compromise in education.
