Since China's reform and opening up,there has been lots of theoretical and practical exploration and application on education reform which is a hot issue and difficult problem.This thesis,trying to use multiple institutional logic analysis framework,through the investigation of the historical changes of China's educational reform,finds the dynamic mechanism that triggers and promotes educational reform.Meanwhile,it also interprets the motive mechanism of educational reform,clarifies the roles and implementation mechanism of various stakeholders in educational reform,and analyzes the mode choice.On this basis,it discusses the evaluation of educational reform,and makes a rational reflection on the value orientation of educational reform and the reform itself.Based on the above analysis,it is regarded that since reform and opening up,China's educational reform represents various logical adjustments and game processes against the background of diversified economic and social development,following the law of educational development.After investigating the historical changes of educational reform,this thesis believes that our educational reform presents a unique track of historical development.It shows the features from “Dependent Economy” to “People's Livelihood First”,from “Single Reform” to “Comprehensive Reform” and is deepening in the historical process of adjustment and adaptation.Educational reform since China's opening up and reform is externally compatible with economic reform and development and internally,driven by its own problems.At the same time,it has gradually advanced with the international education reform.In this process,the central government,local governments and schools(principals,teachers,and students),the public,and experts participate in different institutional logics to promote or restrict the development of educational reform.In this interactive process,the mode choices of educational reform are also constantly adjusting and adapting.Due to the complexity of education reform,it is an effective method to select a certain region to carry out pilot projects in the process of promoting reform.This thesis points out that as for the evaluation of educational reform,it is necessary to establish an evaluation mechanism for multi-theme participation on the basis of scientific evaluation.The evaluation of the effectiveness of educational reform should be viewed rationally,and fully consider the conditions and methods for the promotion of educational reform experience,and thus provide a reference path for deepening educational reform.Finally,the thesis considers that educational reform must be treated rationally.It is not proper to believe that the more educational reform,the better.The purpose of educational reform is to promote the development of education.In the process of promoting educational reform,it is necessary to objectively recognize and fully respect the logic of different systems,and activate the enthusiasm of various stakeholders.At the same time,the educational reform should pay equal attention to concepts and technologies.On the basis of upholding the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China in education work,we must adhere to the development of students as the center,the rule of law as the way,and the governance modernization as the guarantee,and continuously deepen the education reform.
