Harmony and conflict exist together in teacher-students relationship, but the research tells us that there are many conflicts between teacher and students. How to handle the relationship between teachers and students and to defuse the negative impact of the conflict between teachers and students, is a long-term question to facing for teachers. In recent years, scholars have gradually started to pay attention to the positive role of teacher-student conflict. Thus, what kind of conflict between teachers and students with a positive function has also become a new perspective of the teacher-student conflict studies.From the Prospect of sociology, Lewis A·Coser’s research is very representative in the studies of conflict’s positive function. And defined the definition of conflict with positive impact. So we start our research based Coser’s conflict theory.In China, the word "compromise" is in a long-term misunderstanding, people often comprehend the meaning like weak, incompetent and so on. Actually "compromise" is not back off blind, but on the basis of principles. And "compromise" is also a wisdom attitude or behavior to resolve the conflict. Through the whole Process of studying, I conclude the basic strategy in three aspects-compromise attitude,compromise scene and compromise system.
