In the early 1980s,the outsourcing of human resources of enterprises began to sprout in Britain,the United States and other developed countries.In the 1990s,the outsourcing of human resources was favored by some European and American countries,widely used and developed rapidly.Into the 21st century,human resource outsourcing in China rapid development,because of the human resource outsourcing industry bud late in our country,most of the existing human resources management theory introduced from abroad,these theories are not very fit China's national conditions,need further exploration and practice,in the development of China's national conditions on the base of human development.The integration of global economy and the reform and development of market have stimulated the rapid development of various industries in China,and the industry competition is fierce.Enterprises should continuously enhance their core competitiveness,concentrate on and develop their core business with human resources,and hand over some unprofitable or unimportant work to human resources outsourcing companies to complete.While helping enterprises in other industries develop,the human resource outsourcing industry also develops rapidly.At the present stage,despite the rapid development of human resource outsourcing industry,it is still in the initial stage.The possible risks brought by human resource outsourcing have not received the attention of enterprise customers.Many enterprises are not aware of the possible risks of human resource outsourcing,let alone how to avoid risks.At present,there are more than 30,000 human resource outsourcing companies in China,and some large human resource outsourcing companies have a high market share and a firm position.Some small and medium-sized human resource outsourcing companies are faced with the problem of how not to be eliminated but to further develop.This paper analyzes the development of human resource outsourcing market at home and abroad,summarizes the advantages and problems of human resource outsourcing,summarizes and analyzes the development status and strategy of Beijing shuanggao international human capital group,and puts forward some Suggestions for the implementation of corporate strategy.According to the current market demand and the support of the state,this paper analyzes the future development direction of the human resource outsourcing industry,hoping that companies engaged in human resource outsourcing services can seize the opportunity of The Times and develop while the trend is favorable,so as to provide reference for enterprises in the human resource outsourcing industry.
