Class evaluation is one of the ways to evaluate teachers' teaching.It is also an important way to standardize teachers' classroom teaching,to improve teachers' teaching level,to improve classroom teaching efficiency and to promote students' all-round development.From the view of time category,the evaluation course can be divided into pre-class evaluation,in-class evaluation,and after-class evaluation,from the perspective of the evaluation subject,the evaluation class can be divided into self-evaluation,student evaluation,peer evaluation,expert evaluation,and so on.From the content of evaluation,it can be divided into comprehensive evaluation,thematic evaluation,single subject evaluation and so on.The evaluation course studied in this paper is mainly limited to the after-school evaluation of primary and secondary school music teachers,and it is intended to improve the classroom teaching of music teachers through the after-class evaluation of peer experts.Learning level,and then improve the efficiency of classroom teaching purpose.The research train of thought of the full text mainly includes three parts: first,carries on the investigation to the primary and secondary school music teacher's evaluation class present situation,this part mainly is through the interview method,the quantitative analysis method and the questionnaire investigation method to solve the related question which pointed out in the introduction part;Secondly,the index system of evaluating course is investigated,the index system of evaluating course of Chinese and mathematics teachers and the index system of evaluating course of art and sports teacher are summarized,and the index system suitable for music teacher is listed.Third,according to the requirements of music classroom standards in the research results,the paper designs the copywriting of music teachers in primary and secondary schools to evaluate the class.And try to design a set of training scheme to improve teachers' evaluation ability.Let all teachers participate in this process through understanding and learning,can increase the theoretical knowledge of curriculum evaluation,improve teachers' ability to evaluate courses,is conducive to grasp the timely response to classroom teaching,and helps teachers to maintain a high degree of attention in teaching.At the same time,it is also conducive to the formation of a good common teaching environment among teachers.
