The new system of school music education is based on the premise that the Central Conservatory of Music has introduced the concepts and methods of the three major international music education systems(émile Jaques-Dalcroze,orff and Kodaly),based on the local music culture and the national conditions of education in China,a new music teaching system suitable for Chinese music teaching mode has been formed after more than ten years' research and exploration.After years of promotion,the new system has achieved good results in all parts of the country.However,in the grass-roots music teaching,how to apply the new system of ideas and teaching methods to specific teaching work? Is it suitable for the education and teaching environment in Qixian County? Can the basic music education in Qixian County produce positive significance? In this paper,the author through the new system of music education concept,according to their own work,this paper sorts out and analyzes the current educational situation,the situation of teachers and students in Tuquan County,Inner Mongolia,and the popularization and application of the new system in the music class of Tuquan County primary schools,the music class under the new system teaching material and the People's education edition teaching material were analyzed in detail.At the same time,thispapergivessomethoughtsonthenewsystemofmusicclassroom teaching in Tuquan County primary schools of Inner Mongolia,and puts forward some suggestions,hoping to be helpful to the colleagues engaged in music education in primary schools in the future.This article is divided into four parts:The first chapter is a summary of the new system of school music education,which elaborates the source of the new system and the educational idea and characteristics of the new system.The second chapter is about the implementation of the new systemin the music classroom teaching of Tuquan County primary schools in Inner Mongolia,this paper expounds and analyzes the present situation of music teaching in Tuquan County primary schools and the new system of music education in Tuquan County primary schools in InnerMongolia.The third chapter is the teaching practice of the new system in the music class of Tuquan County Experimental Primary School,which is expounded from the analysis of the music teaching materials,the analysis of the teaching periods and the analysis of the music class teaching cases.The Fourth Chapter is about the teaching of the new system idea in the music class of Tuquan County Primary School in Inner Mongolia,from the new system to Tuquan County Primary School Music Classroom Teaching Enlightenment and new system in Tuquan County Primary School Music Classroom Teaching Implementation Proposal Two aspects carry on theelaboration.
