Since the introduction of tennis into China in 1885,it has been developing continuously.Especially after the founding of new China,the economy has developed rapidly and people’s living standards have been continuously improved.Therefore,tennis is gradually accepted by more and more people.Nowadays,sports classes in colleges and universities have become an important way to spread tennis.In order to study the teaching effect of the game method in college tennis teaching,this paper USES the method of literature and expert interview to determine the specific content of the game method.The experiment method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method were used to carry out 16 weeks of game method teaching and traditional method teaching respectively in the experimental class and the control class.60 students in two classes were surveyed with the exercise attitude scale.The independent sample T test after the experiment of the experimental class and the control class,and the paired sample T test before and after the experiment of the experimental class and the control class were carried out.The data of experimental class and control class were compared and analyzed.According to the data,there was no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in physical quality,tennis skills and exercise attitude before the experiment.After the game teaching experiment,there was no significant difference in physical quality and exercise attitude between the control class and before the experiment.There were significant differences between the standing long jump and 800-meter run results of the experimental class and those before the experiment,indicating that the game teaching had a positive effect on improving students’ physical quality.There were significant differences in tennis technology between the experimental class and the control class before and after the experiment,but the improvement effect of the experimental class was better than that of the control class,indicating that the game teaching method had a more obvious effect on the improvement of tennis technology.There was a significant difference in exercise attitude between the experimental class and the experimental class,indicating that the game teaching method had a positive effect on students’ exercise attitude.The results show that the method of game teaching has certain practical significance in the teaching of female college students tennis.The teaching of game method can not only improve students’ tennis skills,butalso promote the development of students’ physical quality,and promote students’ exercise attitude,which lays the foundation for lifelong sports.Advice:1.Teachers should actively design,create and make up games suitable for tennis,reasonably use the leading role of teachers and create an active classroom atmosphere.Teachers should give proper power to students,give full play to students’ subjectivity,and enable students to participate in class with a better mentality.2.In the teaching process,reasonably use team competition games to cultivate students’ sense of teamwork and competition,promote students’ feelings and relieve students’ fatigue.In order to promote the relationship between teachers and students,teachers and students can integrate into the game characters.3.The game layout should be targeted.The class should pay attention to the time control and the auxiliary role of the game method.
