In2007,State council have published Some suggestion about how to strengthen adolescent’s physical exercise and enhance their physique, which says:the healthful development of adolescent’s physique is a so important things which matter the future of our nation and country.To build a solid foundation for training of next generation builder and administrator for our country, we should according to the CPC Central Committee’s leadership, take Bejing Olympic Games as an opportunity, and work hard on the fully development of students’ physique, try to advancing the reformation of physical education curriculum in school.The adolescent stand for the vitality of a nation. A group of adolescent who are strong, healthy, vigorous,and thoughtful are a symbol means the progression of a community, and also a very important signal of country’s comprehensive national strength.The university student, the main builder of our country in the future, are in their adolescence of life time,a very important time in the developing of a healthy body. So, during this time,make them keep a good habit with a positive attitude and behavior to physical exercise will be very helpful for developing a healthy body and advance the lifetime physical exercise movement.[1]One’s exercise attitude is a reflection of his understanding of physical exercise, whether he take participate in it, and how much he have approve the information about it. As we all know, attitude is a key point in sports learning. A positive attitude will helpful in sports learning, while a negative one will be a obstacle to it. Try to change students’ different attitude to learning and daily life, it’s alway the main job of physical culture teacher,and also their duties and responsibilities. In this paper, we using game as interference method to the test group, supplemented with methods like survey, mental scale, examination of physique, and skill score assessment etc. By those methods, we compare the test group and control group on the aspect of physical and psychological healthy level, attitude to exercise, tennis skill and so on, aims at revealing the relationship between them. All we have found shows: (1) After a statistical analysis on physical fitness and exercise attitude of test and control group, we found there is no obvious difference. That’s means,compare from the attitude of exercise, tennis skill and basic physique level,the students in test group have a bigger progress than control group after the experiment, and that have nothing to do with the initial state of each group;(2) Through a examination of the tennis skill on both group after experiment,we have found that the tennis skill of students in both group have a progress more or less, but the test group, which have been interfered with game, have a much more progress that control group, The student of both group have never play tennis before the experiment, So, we can say that teaching sports with game is a useful method to helping students grasp the action details in tennis.(3) We compare the attitude to exercise of both group after the experiment,and have found that the test group have exceeded the control group in most aspect, especially in the attitude of goal and behavioral intentions, which means combine game with physical culture teaching can change the students’ attitude to sports effectively.(4) After compare the exercise attitude of both group, we found that students of control group have an obvious change in behavior intention dimension only, while test group have progressed obviously both in dimension of emotional experiences, attitude to goal and behavior intension, which means that game teaching methods have a bigger and deeper effect on students’attitude to exercise than traditional methods.(5) Though there is no obvious difference in physique level of two group, after applying matching sample T check to the data of two group after experiment, we still found the change of test group is much bigger than control group, which means game interference to physical culture teaching is helpful to students’ basic physique development.(6) The applying of game interference to our traditional physical culture, can make the students participate in sport more positively,A straightforward phenomenon is that the students attendance more often and participate into the course with more enthusiasm. change the students’ attitude to sports, and also help student grasp tennis skill more quickly and easy, which greatly improve the effects of course teaching. The students’ tennis skill improve quickly, and their basic physique have a good develop at the same time.
