With the vigorous development of tourism and vocational education,the graduates of tourism major have the problem that their knowledge cannot be well transformed into their job ability in the process of employment.To solve this problem,we focus our research on academic self-efficacy.Paying attention to the academic self-efficacy of tourism majors in secondary vocational schools has expanded the search perspective which will be conducive to the development of secondary vocational schools' s teaching work,enhance students' sense of academic self-efficacy,and then improve students' confidence in their future life and work,so that they will have good adaptability to work,complete work tasks efficiently and meet the needs of employers.By sorting out the relevant theories of academic self-efficacy and taking the tourism major students of four secondary vocational schools in Liaoning province as the research object,and referring to the scales of relevant scholars,and basing on the academic characteristics of students majoring in tourism in secondary vocational schools,and expert interviews,the content validity of the questionnaire was measured.SPSS22.0 was used for statistical analysis through the collected data.Through descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the influence of individual,it deeply explores the influence of individual,school,parents and social factors on academic self-efficacy.The following research results are mainly obtained:(1)The scale of academic self-efficacy of secondary vocational tourism majors was revised,through empirical data to prove the feasibility of the scale,it provides a foundation for the later study on the self-efficacy of tourism majors and makes up for the defects of research.(2)It reveals the influence of individual,school,parents and social factors on self-efficacy of academic ability and academic behavior.The regression analysis shows that the influence of individual factors on self-efficacy of academic ability and academic behavior is higher than other factors.(3)Put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve the academic self-efficacy of tourism majors in secondary vocational schools.Individuals should learn to use self-regulated academic theory,learn to make correct attribution,and reasonably set goals;Teachers should change their teaching methods and teaching styles,and establish a harmonious relationship with students.Schools should improve infrastructure and set academic examples for students;Establish harmonious relationship with parents;Raise the salaries of tourism workers and improve social security;Create a good public opinion atmosphere;Tourism enterprises should strengthen cooperation with colleges and universities.
