Normal colleges and universities are the cradle of all kinds of teachers at all levels in the future,and college students are the mainstay of socialist construction in the future.How to cultivate college students psychological capital and how to improve their Physical education learning performance have been an important research topic for many years.Understanding the status quo of College Students psychological capital and Physical education learning performance in Henan Normal University and finding out the influencing factors will play a positive role in cultivating college students psychological capital and improving their Physical education learning performance.Starting from the relationship between individual psychological capital and Physical education learning performance with different variables,this paper further explores the relationship between the two in order to understand the impact of College Students psychological capital on Physical education learning performance.In this paper,literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,three research methods are used to investigate col lege students in Henan Normal University.This paper studies the relationship between psychological capital and Physical education learning performance from four aspects:grade,gender,specialty and body shape of Normal University students.Descriptive analysis,independent sample T-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis were carried out by SPSS,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Henan Normal University students score of psychological capital is 4.7914,which is higher than the average(mean=4),indicating that the degree of psychological capital of college students is higher;Henan Normal University students score of physical education learning performance is 3.7427,which is higher than the average(mean=3),indicating that the level of physical education learning performance of college students is higher.2.Psychological capital has significant difference in different grades,gender,specialty and body shape(P<0.05).There were significant differences in physical education learning performance in gender,specialty and body shape(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in grade(P>0.05).3.There is a strong correlation between College Students psychological capital and physical education learning performance in Henan Normal University(0.687);on the whole,the independent variable(psychological capital)has a strong prediction on the dependent variable(physical education learning performance),and the overall impact of psychological capital on physical education learning performance is positive.
