Psychological capital refers to a positive psychological state that individuals show during their growth and development,and is a psychological resource that promotes personal growth and performance improvement.In recent years,due to the rapid development of competitive sports,it has brought tremendous pressure on athletes 'body and psychology,so the adjustment of athletes' psychology is essential.College student athletes,as a larger group of athletes,coexist with skills and intelligence,it is urgent to intervene and adjust their psychological state.The content of this article includes the relationship between the psychological capital of track and field athletes in Gansu Province and the performance of athletes,as well as the differences in athletes 'gender,group,sports grade,sports years and other psychological capital.The main purpose is to obtain the characteristics of athletes' psychological capital and their relationship with sports.The relationship between achievements verifies the value of positive psychological capital for the improvement of sports performance,and lays a solid foundation for the cultivation of athletes 'psychological qualities,the training of mental state,the training of excellent athletes,and the improvement of athletes' competition performance.By studying the psychological capital and athletic performance of college students athletes in Gansu Province,it can better provide reference value for the cultivation of track and field athletes with excellent physical fitness,technical and tactical level,and psychological quality in Gansu Province.This paper adopts the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method,based on Zhang Kuo's "Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire" as a blueprint and synthesizes the previous research results,and formulates the psychological capital survey questionnaire for track and field athletes in Gansu Province.Reliability and validity tests were carried out,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on athletes participating in colleges and universities in Gansu Province from June to August 2019.A total of 298 valid questionnaires were obtained.On this basis,the psychological capital of college and university athletes and different genders were studied.,Groups,sports years,sports grades,differences in sports psychological capital of athletes in different events,and the correlation analysis of psychological capital and sports performance,the results showthat:1 The overall psychological capital of college and university track and field athletes in Gansu Province is at the upper middle level.Among the four dimensions of psychological capital,college students and track and field athletes have the highest level of optimism,followed by resilience,hope,and confidence(self-efficacy).2 Psychological capital of track and field athletes in colleges and universities in Gansu Province shows significant differences in gender and years of exercise.The psychological capital of male athletes is significantly higher than that of female athletes,and there is no obvious difference in group and years of exercise.3 Among the current eight athletes,sprint,short jump,short span and race walking show significant differences in gender,that is,female athletes <male athletes.The psychological capital of middle-distance running,long-distance running and throwing athletes has no significant difference in group and gender.In terms of the average psychological capital score,the average score of each item from low to high is: middle run <short jump short span <race walking <sprint <throwing <long run.4 There is a correlation between psychological capital and sports performance.The correlation coefficient is 0.179.There is a correlation between sports performance and self-confidence and hope.The correlation is 0.215 and 0.271.Athletes in colleges and universities in Gansu Province have no significant correlation with optimism in terms of gender,years of exercise,and sports grade,and psychological capital has a significant correlation with gender.5 Psychological capital and 4 dimensions can explain the 8.5% change in sports performance.Gender,group,training years,and sports grade can explain the 14.7%change in sports performance.It should be noted here that psychological capital is not the main reason for determining sports performance,but on this basis,we can pay attention to the impact of psychological capital on sports performance,and to a certain extent,can improve sports performance. |
