With the coming of the new era,project management has been developed from the beginning of ancient engineering practice into the stage of modern project management,not only the traditional industry,IT,high-tech,almost all industries and organizations such as public institutions are the application of project management in practice,presents the characteristics of globalization,diversification,specialization,standardization,informationization and professional.How to evaluate the comprehensive strength of a country,education resource is definitely be on the agenda of a very important evaluation indexes,has the abundant education resources support,there will be the emergence of high-end talent,when the number of these high-end talent is reached a certain degree,there will be a talent management issue arises at the historic moment,and when the high-end talent management solution,that for the country,have a mature cultivation of elite system of complete sets of high-end talent,talent need to grow,the unit need to be as a result,vocational training,as in the case of a country is very epoch-making significance.After fully learning the project management experience of western countries,more and more scholars began to explore the project management methods of enterprises from the national conditions of our country,hoping to find a set of training and management mechanisms that match the project management.In our country's professional education system,the role of vocational training cannot be underestimated.In recent years,China has provided a large number of high-quality talents for China's economic development through vocational training,and these skilled talents are also extremely short of talents in all walks of life.However,from the perspective of the management status of these trainings,the lack of a perfect training mechanism,a scientific training system and training management methods for vocational trainings,coupled with the lack of advanced training management concepts for enterprises and individuals,has led to many problems in China's vocational training management in recent years.This article hopes to improve the management level of vocational training effectively through project management,strive to build a set of modern vocational training management mechanism,and solve a series of problems existing in the traditional flat management mode.First of all,this article discusses the necessity of applying the project management concept in vocational training after comprehensively analyzing and elaborating the basic theories related to project management.Secondly,this article also constructed a set of vocational training management system based on the actual situation of vocational training,and evaluated the function of the management system.Finally,through the classic case analysis,this article takes the vocational training of vocational and technical college as the research object,builds the empirical analysis model,and discusses the feasibility of this vocational and technical college to adopt the project management mode to conduct vocational training management.In the research process of this article,various methods such as combination of theory and practice,comparative analysis,case analysis and literature research are adopted.In addition,based on the induction and summarizes the basic theory related to project management,mainly from two aspects: the management and education,in the case analysis,based on the theory of project management to build the training management system,and hope that through this article research for our country vocational and technical schools to improve their level of career management to provide the reference.
