The Application Research On Usage Of Laboratory Construction In Project Quality Management In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the development of science and social progress, project quality management gains more and more attention by universities and colleges. Guangxi JM logistics training base was built in2008, which was identified as exemplary vocational education training base by the Autonomous region in2010. In order to complete the second and third phase of construction of JM logistics training base with high quality and full completeness, Guangxi JM decided to imply the project quality management control. Based on the research of JM project quality management, offering a new way for vocational college to explore in training base construction.Article below uses approach of literature research and case study which gives a specific research and analysis on JM project. The article talked about the construction process of IM Project on three aspects:project quality plan, project quality assurance and project quality control and improvement. According to the project quality plan, determines the objectives and operation at various stages of project process. Analysing, finding and solving problems accordingly by usage of PDCA and fish bone diagram tool. Controlling construction process timely and efficiently through project quality management to make sure the project quality being up to the planed requirement. Through the research on JM project quality management, firstly introducing knowledge of project quality management to college training base construction, which will provide valuable experience for construction of training rooms or bases here after.This article will combine generally quality management with features of JM project itself to create an application cases suitable for Quality Management with Training Base Construction Project at vocational colleagues. And through the case, guiding the implementation of other similar projects to ensure the projects successful.
