"Homework" has never been a small issue in the education field.In recent years,homework has become a hot topic of concern and research in education field.The Party and the State attach great importance to homework for which is trying to introduce quite a few policies mentioned"burden reduction" to control students' homework time and prevent homework from becoming a burden on students."Due to the differences in learning ability,learning attitude,as well asbasic knowledge of mathematics among student groups,there are a lot of differences in different degrees.For the current "no differences homework assignments for students with differences",that is,the traditional homework assignment "one size fits all"model which undoubtedly stifles the confidence of underachievers in learning mathematics,and also affects the advancement of average and topstudents.Therefore,this research will try to arrange assignments in layers based on the differences of students,and make mathematics assignments for students of various levels toconduct practical research on the effectiveness of graded assignments in junior high school mathematics,which focuses on implement of “making different levels students has gained a lot from the study of mathematics." pointed out in Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards.Two issues are explored by usingthe literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method as well as teaching practice method.The first issue is to understand the current situation of junior high school students' mathematics homework,including the current situation of the homework and teachers' cognitionof the mathematics layered homework;the second one is to carry out practical research on the effectiveness of the junior high school maths' layered homework.By studying the data to analyze the practical effects of layered homework and determine the principle of layered homework implementationon the basis of practical and theoretical researches,and put forward the application value of layered homework in teaching as well.Here presents the main conclusions of the research: First,the status quo of mathematics homework for junior high school students: the types and methods of teacher assignments are relatively simple,for the reason that they hardly consider the differences in students' ability levels for hierarchical assignments;students are generally interested in mathematics,and most students are willing to take the initiative to complete mathematics homework,what's more,students have a better learning environment,however,it is more obvious that students feeltired and irritable when doing homework.A comparative analysis of the three grades shows that the difficulty and time of the homework in the third grade is more than the other two grades.Secondly,teachers lack theoretical guidance in their understanding of stratified homework.Teachers' homework design ignores the psychological feelings of students' homework,and seldom designs stratified homework based on students' differences.Thirdly,the practical research on the graded homework of junior high school mathematics shows that it can greatly help students improve their grades,learningmathematicsinterests and enhance their emotion and emotional experience when completing homework,and also it can give full play to students' subjective initiative in learning.The conclusions of this study also provide a certain theoretical basis and effective evaluation system for the practice of layered homework in the teaching of front-line teachers in the future,while providing some references for teachers' future teaching and professional development is also can be considered.
