The Research Of The Core Competitiveness Of Minde School

The implementation of Private Education Promoted Law on September 1st,2017 showed that private education ushered in another spring.Nanchang Minde School is a new private school which have been developing quickly for three years.To promote the development better,the significant way and the victorious way is actively building the core competitiveness of the school.This paper starts from the research of core competitiveness,then discusses the core competitiveness of private middle schools,and puts forward the core competitiveness of Minde School.It analyzed the present situation,existent problems and their causes comprehensively of Minde School from several angles by using PEST Analysis,Michael Porter's Five Forces odel and SWOT Analysis.On this basis,this paper puts forward the strategy of building the core competitiveness of Nanchang Minde School from four major parts: First,put the international school-running strategy at a more important position and push on differentiating feature in school-running actively.Second,carry forward autonomous integrate teaching extensively,build course features and teaching characteristics.Third,build a efficient and high-quality pattern of the mutual learning between teachers and students,strengthening the school team management.Forth,establish the school culture about life,enhances the soft-power of the school's core competitiveness.On the basis of objective understanding of the research itself,the paper finally combine it wtih the development tendency of private school running to look forward to correlation studies.
