Research Of The Core Competitiveness And Cultivating Way In Sport College Of Dance Performances Major

Dance major is an important emerging major and supporting major in physical education colleges, dance sports colleges and universities specializing in the cultivation of the core competitiveness for other professionals and to provide guarantees for the development. Study physical education colleges dance performance major core competence in theory enrich the profession associated with the construction of the core competence theory and practice can provide reference for major construction. Based on enterprise’s core competitiveness and major core competence theory and theory of the construction of infrastructure, first of all, analysis of core competitiveness of major features and core competence elements and, secondly, from quantitative analysis to construct a dance performance major core competence evaluation system, including the basic principles, investigation processes, indicators and indicator weights; Finally, the dance performance in physical education colleges and universities specializing in the cultivation path.
