With the methods of literature review,content analysis and field investigation and other research methods,this paper studies documents of school physical education(or related)from January 1st,2007 to December 31st,2016,issued by the Central Committee of the CCP,the State Council and its General Office as well as the national Ministries and Commissions concerned.Aiming at sorting out these documents in the decade,the paper points out the drafting ideas,skeleton and connotations of school physical education and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these documents,in order to build up school physical documentation system and to provide reference for the reform of physical education in the new era as well as the later studies.Conclusions are as follow:The national physical education documents issued in 2007 to 2016 are the improvement and enrichment but also the inheritance and reformation of the national school physical education documents issued since the founding of the People's Republic of China.The documents is guided by outstanding problems in school physical education and adolescent health,are tightly around the core of "physical health of young people",focus on solving the problems existing in the development of school physical education,reflecting the connotation of promoting balance for education development,providing basis for national youth health and guarantee for the achievement of the "Two Centenary Goals" as well as the great Chinese Dream,and forms an important national school physical documentation system on the platform of " central document No.7" on the vein of" three stages",and on the core of three guiding documents.Based on the collected literature and the investigation of 26 schools,local governments can formulate corresponding policies in line with local conditions according to national documents.The documents have played an important role in changing the current weak situation of school physical education and promoting the development of school physical education and students' physical and mental health.However,it is affected by he promulgation of these documents,lack legal documents and positive incentive policies,there are more departments issuing documents,document compromise is strong,complex execution environmentthe,barriers from industries and disciplines are serious,lack of policy joint force,and one-sided pursuit of enrollment rate,exam-oriented education is too heavy,school sports undervalued,society,schools,families,students on the value of sports Lack of knowledge and other problems,the school physical education work has not achieved the effect designed by the reform and development objectives of the documents.There are hundreds of documents issued in 10 years,this result is worth rethinking.
