| At "Two Sessions(NPC and CPPCC)" in 2015,"Internet Plus" was written into the government report and promoted as the national strategy.People have different interpretations on the concept of "Internet Plus".How to understand the concept of "Internet Plus" and perceive the innovation of education industry under "Internet Plus" background have become hot issues in the educational circles and even the whole society.Current researches generally analyze the "Internet" and "Education Industry" separately from a technical point of view,or simply "add" them together from a theoretical point of view,but rarely analyze the structural influence of the background of Internet information technology support on the education system from a systematic point of view,and consider the environmental factor of education industry and social environment factors such as humanities,economy,technology and policy.The rapid development of Internet information technology has changed the way of knowledge acquisition,processing,storage,transmission and application,so have the interactive relationship between people and the implementation of teaching activities.The complex social Internet network relations have a great impact on the operational mode of education systems.Education is a people-focused industry and takes "all-round development of people and the development of all people" as the goal.A comprehensive interpretation of how the "Internet Plus" background affects the achievement of educational goals is the focus of this thesis.In the context of "Internet Plus",the related impact of Internet information technology on the education system is as follows:The first is its role on the education subsystem elements;The second is its impact on the structural relationship between education subsystems;The third is its impact on the internal education industry environment as well as the external social environment.Environmental adaptability creates system complexity.Taking advantage of systemic science theory,this thesis studies the education system as a complex system under the background of "Internet Plus".It clarifies the connotation system and complex characteristics of the education system in the context of "Internet Plus",studies the operational mode of the "Internet Plus Education" system from the perspective of practice,and puts forward the operation and management countermeasures.First of all,the education system construction is divided into six components,including"educational demand matching subsystem","education resources construction subsystem","education resources allocation subsystem","teaching activities implementation subsystem","education evaluation subsystem" and "education management subsystem".Clarify the components of the system connotations and analyze the purpose,function and environment of the education system.Secondly,using the system engineering structure modeling technique to construct the education system operation model under the background of "Internet Plus".Using the System Dynamics(SD)archetype research method to qualitatively analyze the structural impact of the Internet technical support background on the education subsystem.Using the SD flow diagram to refine the causal feedback relationship among education system elements,and then using the SD simulation software Vensim to conduct a quantitative case study in order to propose countermeasures for revising,improving and establishing the "Internet Plus Education" operating model.Also,the complex characteristics of education system under the background of "Internet Plus" are summarized on the basis of clarifying the connotations of the education system.Finally,from the perspective of social practice,the paper studies the application and realization model of the "Internet Plus Education" operating system under the "Internet Plus"background and regarding the government as the core management subject of the education industry,which proposes the education system’s operation and management countermeasures targeting other major participants of the education operation system,which have increased the rationality and operability.The research results of the paper clarify the impact of the Internet information technology support background on the system elements,subsystem structure relationships and system environment factors in the operation of the education system,aiming to provide research ideas with reference value for the application innovation and model innovation of the education system under the "Internet Plus" background,and propose management countermeasures for main participants in the education system.Therefore,it has more social practice significance and pragmatic values. |
