Nowadays,in this era of rapid development and growth of both knowledge and economy,our physics teachers' knowledge and ability must also be updated with the times.The progress and innovation of physics teachers' professional knowledge and ability is an inevitable trend of social development.At present,the growth of professional knowledge and teaching ability of physics teachers in China is only a way of independent development of teachers,which can not keep up with the needs of the development of physics education in the new era.Therefore,in our country,the construction of teacher professional learning community to promote the professional development of physics teachers has become a trend of education.At first,the teacher professional learning community was put forward and studied deeply because of the attention of the western teachers to the teaching site and the teaching culture.About 1950,our country learned from the Soviet Union and set up a "teaching and research group" in the school.In a certain sense,the teaching and research group of our country has the characteristics of teachers' professional learning community.In order to carry out the new policy of improving the quality of physics teachers,many provinces and cities of our country have built various professional learning communities of teachers one after another.The construction of teachers' professional learning community has urged the professional learning of physics teachers in middle schools,stimulated the professional enthusiasm of middle school physics teachers,enhanced the professional knowledge and ability of middle school physics teachers,improved the ability of developing new courses,etc.We are in the form of a questionnaire survey on our teachers' professional learning community construction are analyzed and summarized,the investigation of some middle schools in Jilin Province in 360 participated in the teachers' professional learning physics teacher community,by multivariate analysis to collect data,according to the physics teachers with different backgrounds to participate in the integration of professional learning community point of view,analysis of different gender,age,position,seniority and so on physics teachers for teachers' professional learning community to understand the degree of related matters,outlook on Teachers' professional learning community and physical teachers' development and their suggestions on the construction of professional learning community of Teachers The results of the analysis are as follows: 1.The current situation of middle school physics teachers' participation in professional learning community and the development of physics teachers' professional knowledge and ability have a good prospect.2.Jilin Province middle school physics teachers' participation in professional learning has a common understanding of gender,Years of service,current position,participation in teacher community,experience in teacher community,different types of school,There is significant difference.3.Jilin Province Teachers' Professional Learning Community promotes the development of middle school physics teachers' professional knowledge and skills.From the point of view of the emergence and development of teacher professional learning community,theory and concept,elements and dimensions,malpractice and construction strategy,we introduce the maximum benefit and good prospect of teacher professional learning community to physics teachers.Then,through the analysis of the questionnaire,the author further expounds the way of the implementation and construction of the teachers' professional learning community,and provides references for the future construction and promotion of the teachers' professional learning community for the domestic education experts and scholars as well as the educational administrators.To promote the development of knowledge and ability of physics teachers in middle schools in our country,and then to strengthen the physics learning effect of middle school students in our country.
