| The new curriculum reform of basic education highlights the transformationin student’s study style, advocating fresh methods like self-learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning. Therefore, teacher has to ad-just his educational perception and deeds accordingly to meet the higher demands and challenges required by new curriculum reform. At the same time, teacher’s professional development is also one of the hot focuses in the field of education. Being in a dynamicstate, the professional development of teacher needs the mutualefforts from both the teacher’s own endeavors and the external environment’ssupports, like specialty guidance, cooperation and Self reflection. The school-based teaching research has received earnest attention since the new curriculumreform of basic education began, which is actually a kind of action researchand emphasizes the teacher’s initiative on school’s teaching and research work.Teaching and research group is a professional grassroots organization, whichteachers can conduct teaching research and study. It is also a cooperative community forvarious teachers proceeding interactive communication, sharing teaching experienceand scientific study. However, because of influence of various elements, there still liesome dissatisfying points. The primary performance is in the following areas: first, theweaken of the status of teaching and research group; secondly, weighting teaching andneglecting of teaching and research activities; thirdly, lack of teaching and researchatmosphere; lastly is teaching and research activities becoming formastic and cannotsatisfying teachers’ professional development. The study has investigated the currentsituation of the construction of A primary school, found out the existing problems of theconstruction of educational research team in A primary school, and analyzed its reasonsfrom the multiple perspectives with the method of questionnaire, interview andobservation. In view of the problems that appeared in the construction of the educational research team, the study refers to the related research achievement oflearning community and cultivating organization based on the theory of cooperativelearning, teachers’ professional development, situated cognition, constructivism as wellas the cultivating organization,and put forward several countermeasures for theconstruction of the educational research team as follows: to make developmentprogrammes, strengthen the construction of group, perfect management system,standardize daily management, enrich the teaching activities, reinforce the externalsupport etc. in order to provide some ideas and methods for the construction of theelementary school group, and exert the function of the educational research team betterwho will promote the teachers’ professional development. Besides,it requires to perfectthe school-based teaching and research, and improve the teaching level of teachers andschool. |
