The report of the Nineteenth National Congress points out that private education,as a new force of education in China,has played an irreplaceable role in promoting the popularization of education in China and has a good development prospect.But in the face of good development opportunities,there are also some problems.Teacher management in private secondary schools is one of the factors that can not be ignored.The main problems include: firstly,the management system of private middle school teachers is imperfect,and the implementation of national policies is not in place;secondly,the age structure,educational background structure,professional title structure of teachers in private middle schools are not balanced;thirdly,the loss rate of backbone teachers in private middle schools is relatively high,which leads to the overall instability of teachers;fourthly,the private middle school teachers are not stable enough.Secondary schools pay less attention to the on-the-job training of teachers,the training of teachers' personal qualities and the promotion of their professional abilities,and pay less attention to the needs of teachers for personal career development and promotion.Fifthly,private middle school teachers only pay attention to teaching work,few teachers devote themselves to scientific research work,and the whole school lacks scientific research atmosphere.Generally speaking,teachers' scientific research level is not high.By using the methods of questionnaire,interview,comparative analysis and case analysis,this paper studies the problems existing in the management of teachers in private middle schools,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into five parts to elaborate on the topic: the first part is the introduction,in which the author puts forward the research background and significance of the topic,expounds the current domestic and foreign research status on the management of teachers in private secondary schools,and introduces the development and types of private higher education at home and abroad;the second part introduces the relevant outlines.Considering the theoretical basis,the author first defines the concepts of two key words: private middle schools and teacher management.The third part collects the relevant data of teacher management of three private middle schools by designing questionnaires and analyses the actual situation of teacher management in private middle schools in China in detail,andintroduces it with the case of ZL middle schools.The fourth part is about the current situation of teachers' management in ZL middle schools.By analyzing the relevant data of teachers' management in three private middle schools in Harbin,the author summarizes the situation reflected by the data,points out some common problems existing in the construction of teachers' team in private middle schools and studies the causes of the problems,and combines them with zl.The case study specially analyzed the problems existing in the management of teachers in ZL middle schools;the fifth part of the author put forward the management countermeasures from the level of national and educational authorities,private middle schools,and specially studied the countermeasures and analysis of the management of teachers in ZL middle schools.Through the research of this paper,the author thinks that from the four aspects of teachers' quality,leadership management,school management system and social system security,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions for improving human resources management in private middle schools,in order to effectively improve the management efficiency of private middle schools by using modern management means of teachers in private middle schools.So as to promote faster and better development of private secondary schools.Go out of a competitive and sustainable way of development.
