General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress that rural education should be attached great importance to in order to achieve educational equity.China is a big agricultural country,the development of rural education has become a short board of China’s development,will directly affect the process of rejuvenating the country through science and education,and then affect the development of China’s rural economy.Efforts should be made to develop the contingent of rural teachers so as to provide better education for rural children so that they can enrich their lives with knowledge,interrupt the generation of poverty with knowledge and revitalize rural economic construction with knowledge.As the engineer of human soul,the quality of teachers directly determines the quality of teaching and education and the quality of teaching.Strengthening the construction of rural school teachers can promote the development of rural education,promote education equity,promote rural economic development,and realize rural revitalization.Through a large number of literature reading and actual situation,the author formulated the corresponding questionnaire,and according to the actual questionnaire data of rural teachers in Shangzhi City,summarized the current situation of rural teachers in Shangzhi City,including the imbalance of rural teachers’ age structure,the serious imbalance of gender ratio;The rural teachers’ team presents a typical scene of yin and Yang’s decline,and the rural teachers’ professionalism is poor.Combining with the data,this paper analyzes the prominent contradictions in the construction of rural teachers in Shangzhi City,mainly due to the insufficient number of teachers and the great mobility of staff.According to the survey results,the main causes of the problems are that the government does not attach enough importance to rural schools,the social status of rural teachers is low,the funds for running rural schools are relatively tense;rural development lags behind the city,the material living conditions of rural teachers are relatively limited;rural areas are remote,the quality of students is low,teachers are relatively tense.The development space is limited.Finally,based on the actual situation of rural schools in Shangzhi City,Heilongjiang Province,relying on the corresponding theoretical basis,and referring to the successful experience of typical areas,the paper analyzes the construction of rural teachers in Shangzhi City,and puts forward corresponding solutions to specific problems.First of all,in order to cope with the problem of insufficient rural teachers and high mobility,Shangzhi City should continue to expand the supplementary channels for rural teachers and constantly inject fresh blood into the rural teachers;then,the government,trade unions and other departments should pay more attention to rural education and teachers,properly improve the working environment of rural teachers,and improve the quality of rural teachers.Rural teachers’ welfare treatment and professional title evaluation are inclined to the countryside constantly in order to increase the attraction of the countryside to talented people,improve the stability of rural teachers,so that teachers can "stay";in addition,for the development of rural teachers,various forms of education and teaching and training activities can be carried out to promote rural teachers’ self-improvement.At the same time,it also improves the quality of rural schools.This paper suitably puts forward reform proposals and methods in line with the actual situation of rural education in Shangzhi City.At the same time,it also provides reference and suggestions for solving similar problems in the construction of rural teachers in other similar areas.
