Purpose: Executive function throughout people's lives,the body kept in daily life activity depend on the executive function.People use executive functions to complete the work and solve the problems.The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of exercise on the selective and inhibitory control functions of healthy young male adults.It mainly includes the form of exercise,exercise duration and exercise load,as well as various possible factors(aerobic,anaerobic and balance functions),and whether these factors are related to the executive function.Methods: The Trail Making Test(TMT)method was used to evaluate the individual's attention-selective function and the Stroop Word Color Test(SWCT)method was used to evaluate individual inhibition control function.According to the form of exercise,time of exercise and load of exercise.To study the effect of strength training and endurance training on executive function under different sports forms,the effect of endurance training on executive function under different exercise loads,and the effect of single acute exercise and long-term exercise on executive function.In addition,we tested aerobic,anaerobic,and balance functions and explored whether there is a correlation between these factors and executive function.Results: 1.After the completion of single acute exercise,the results of TMT test after exercise were significantly reduced(P < 0.05);The results of SWCT examination were also significantly changed(P < 0.05).2,completion of forms strength and endurance exercise,compared with the quiet state,after finishing the three types of strength training plan TMT results were significantly lower(P < 0.05),between the three kinds of strength training program and there is no significant difference(P > 0.05),endurance training after complete the programmer continues to run in TMT results have no significant change(P > 0.05),TMT results after completion intervals scheme also significantly reduced(P < 0.05),and at the same time intervals or project after completion than running motion scheme TMT results in significantly reduced(P < 0.05);Compared with the results of endurance training,strength training plan finished TMT results compared to finish last run training schemes appear significantly reduced(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences between intervals(P > 0.05); Completion of three types of strength training scheme SWCT results increased significantly(P < 0.05),between the three types of strength training scheme,there is no significant difference(P > 0.05),to complete two forms after endurance training scheme SWCT results also appear significantly increased(P < 0.05),compared with the results of endurance training,complete completion of strength training scheme SWCT results compared to running training program significantly reduced(P < 0.05),but there were no significant differences between intervals(P > 0.05).3,after completion of different load endurance sports in TMT test,compared with quiet condition,moderate intensity exercise test results appear significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and the test results after high intensity exercise is up,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),moreover after moderate intensity exercise between test results and test results after high intensity exercise exist significant difference(P < 0.05);In SWCT test,compared with the quiet state,moderate intensity exercise and after high intensity exercise results in significantly reduced(P < 0.05),but the moderate intensity exercise and high intensity exercise between the two but found no significant difference(P > 0.05).4,complete six weeks after training for a long time,compared with the quiet state,after long-term regular training TMT test results significantly reduced(P < 0.05),SWCT test results there are significant changes(P < 0.05).5,executive function and aerobic function before exercise,and linear correlation analysis results show that the aerobic function of each index and TMT test results was no significant difference(P > 0.05),at the same time and the SWCT test results did not appear significant difference(P > 0.05);Executive function and aerobic function after motion linear correlation analysis results show that the aerobic function of each index and TMT test results was no significant difference(P > 0.05),at the same time and the SWCT test results did not appear significant difference(P > 0.05).6,six weeks before exercise the function of anaerobic conditions associated with executive functions show no oxygen function indicators and TMT had no significant correlation between test results(P > 0.05),but the maximum power,maximum power per kilogram of body weight,average power and average power per kilogram of body weight and executive function of SWCT test results appear significant correlation relationship(P < 0.05),and other related indicators no significant correlation with SWCT test results(P > 0.05);Six weeks after exercise the function of anaerobic conditions associated with executive functions show no oxygen function indicators and TMT had no significant correlation between test results(P > 0.05),and anaerobic function indicators and SWCT test results have no significant correlation(P > 0.05).7,six weeks before the balancing function is associated with executive functions show the indicators and TMT had no significant correlation between test results(P > 0.05),the balance function of wavering track indicators and SWCT test results significant correlation(P < 0.05),and other indicators no significant correlation with SWCT test results(P > 0.05);Six weeks after balance functions associated with executive functions show that anaerobic function indicators and TMT had no significant correlation between test results(P > 0.05),and balance function indicators and SWCT test results have no significant correlation(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1,After a single acute exercise,the concentration of attention increased and the inhibition of control function was inhibited.2.The three forms of resistance exercise and intermittent running can improve the attention of selection and restrain control function,but the continuous running exercise has no effect on the change of selective attention,and it also damages the control function of inhibition.3,moderate intensity endurance exercise can improve attention,high-intensity endurance exercise will damage the choice of attention,while high-intensity endurance exercise will reduce the inhibition control function.4,long-term regular exercise can improve the executive function.5,aerobic function,anaerobic function and balance function have little effect on the execution function.
