During the period of Beijing Olympic Games,Olympic education as a hard-and-fast task of the host city in the preparatory stage,fulfilled its formal mission,and gradually weakened with the declined of the passion of the Olympic Games.After the completion of the phased Olympic education plan,the Beijing Olympic education model school and the "heart to heart" Project School have reduced the scale of Olympic education,and the focus of school work has changed to other directions.Any form of education must be implemented for a long time in order to produce educational effects.As a part of the Olympic cultural heritage,Olympic education is a new activity form and aim at youth groups mainly,but the value of Olympic education has been misinterpreted,and just coexisting with the Olympic Games.Olympic education has not been deeply excavated and utilized.Without enough financial and material resources support,Yangfangdian Central Primary School still adheres to the Olympic education in the Post-Olympic era,also forms a certain scale and system.Yangfangdian Central Primary School was the first school to carry out Olympic education in China.The special experience of the 2008 Olympic has contributed to the development of the school.However,the Olympics really entered the daily life of school teachers and students and became a conscious behavior was in the Post-Olympic era,which profoundly affected the growth of students and confirmed the effect of Olympic education.Taking Yangfangdian Central Primary School as a typical case,the dissertation focuses on the Olympic education of Yangfangdian Central Primary School in the Post-Beijing Olympic era by using the methods of documentation,interviews and case analysis.Firstly,described the overall environment of China’s Olympic education in the post-Beijing Olympic era.From the perspective of development process,described the requirements of the IOC for the development of Olympic education;summarized the innovation of Beijing’s Olympic educational heritage and the achievements of the "Beijing model" of2008 Olympic education;in order to prove the weakening of Olympic education in the Post-Olympic era,the dissertation briefly analyzed the outline of Beijing’s Olympic Education in the Post-Beijing Olympic era,described theprocess of Yangfangdian Central Primary School.Secondly,the dissertation summarized the Olympic education system of Yangfangdian Central Primary School,which is divided into three parts:theoretical system,activity system and guarantee system,and explored the innovative points of the school Olympic education.Through interviews and documentation,this paper from the macro,medium and micro levels made an analysis of the motivation for Yangfangdian Central Primary School to persist in carrying out Olympic education in the post-Olympic era.The main purpose of this dissertation is to prove the educational effect of Olympic education on physical exercise,volition and spirit of adolescents.Olympic education proves the long-term impact of school education and school physical education.Finally,the author rethinks the Olympic education of Yangfangdian Central Primary School in the Post-Beijing Olympic era,analyzed the limitations and the promotion value,in order to provide reference for other schools to carry out Olympic education.
