| Along with the development of preschool education reform,combined with ‘Opinions of the CPC central committee and the state council on deepening reform and standardizing development of preschool education’ is put forward,the kindergarten teacher’s own quality put forward higher request of fine arts,as an important part of kindergarten education,one of the kindergarten art education also ushered in the new challenges.As an important guide and enlightener of children art education,kindergarten teachers’ art literacy has an important impact on children’s development.Therefore,the study of kindergarten teachers’ art literacy is particularly important.Based on the existing research,this study investigates kindergarten teachers’ art literacy from an expert perspective.This research uses the methods of interview and observation,combined with the research method of grounded theory,to understand the elements of kindergarten teachers’ literacy in the eyes of expert teachers,analyze the characteristics of kindergarten teachers’ art literacy and the changes of art literacy of expert teachers before and after employment.According to the research,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of on-the-job kindergarten teachers and the training of kindergarten teachers in normal universities.In the process of comprehensive research,this study draws two dimensions of kindergarten teachers’ art literacy,that is,excellent self-ability and scientific view of art education for young children.Teachers’ skills include: art "basic skills",artistic attitude and art teaching ability.The scientific view of art education for young children mainly includes: understanding children,paying attention to children,respecting children,understanding children.For kindergarten teachers,teachers’ excellent ability and scientific view of art education for young children are important components of their art literacy,indivisible and complementary.The art literacy of kindergarten teachers has also undergone some changes before and after entry,mainly in five aspects: the deepening of teaching concept,the promotion of teaching theory,the maturity of teaching methods,the transfer of focus and the enrichment of learning approaches;Kindergarten teachers’ art literacy has several characteristics: keeping pace with the times,broad scope,children as the center,combined with educational literacy.Finally,the researchers put forward some educational suggestions from two aspects: pre-service education and in-service teacher development. |
