In recent years,frequent kindergarten teachers child abuse,caused great concern in society,behind the frequent events,dating back to the kindergarten teacher's upbringing,life satisfaction,kindergarten teacher professional development,and their social and emotional competence are closely related.social and emotional competence is the kindergarten teacher to adapt to life,physical and mental development of the necessary capabilities.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the social and emotional competence of kindergarten teachers.This study adopts the research method of grounded theory into the kindergarten teachers' real work scenario,through field observation and interview of kindergarten teachers,the data were collected for three-level coding,to build a kindergarten teachers' social and emotional competence basic framework.Through research,the basic framework of social and emotional competence of kindergarten teachers is constructed,which includes good teacher-student relationship(love force,caring force,listen force,guiding force,influence,power class management);good relations of cooperation(communication skills,cooperation and execution);self-development(self-awareness,professionalism,adaptability,decisionmaking,research force)and emotional management skills(social-emotional education,emotional regulation force)four parts.Through data analysis,it is found that factors affecting the development of social and emotional competence of kindergarten teachers.Individual factors mainly reflected in their experience,professionalism,personality traits three aspects;non-individual factors include social cognition,government,nursery work environment.Based on the above findings,in order to improve the social and emotional competence development of kindergarten teachers.Proposed strategies are proposed at the individual and non-individual levels.Kindergarten teachers should establish a correct view of teachers,professions and children;strengthen the awareness of social development and improve social and emotional competence;At the government level,it is necessary to clarify government responsibilities,improve the teacher education system,and promote teachers' social and emotional learning;At the kindergarten level,strengthen team building,attach importance to kindergarten teachers' social and emotional competence,and strengthen management rationalization;social level,reasonable expectation,comprehensive and correct understanding of kindergarten teachers,and definitely understand the work of supporting kindergarten teachers.
