Research On The Lack And Cultivation Of College Students’ Self-responsibility

The cultivation of college students’ self-responsibility is the requirement to promote the construction of social modernization and the advancement of the new era.The Eighteenth National Congress required that our nation must carry out the Quality Education and deepen the structural reform of educational system.In addition,The Nineteenth National Congress put forward the new higher demands on our nation that should cultivate college students who have creative spirit,practical ability and self-responsibility.Therefore,it is an urgent task for higher education to cultivate contemporary college students with self-responsibility.So far,the current of college students’ self-responsibility is positive and optimistic.But some college students lack the sense of self-responsibility because of the influence of external and internal environment.So the university,family and college themselves need pay attention to the cultivation of college students’ self-responsibility.Cultivating college students’ sense of self-responsibility has great significance in individual and national development.The cultivation of self-responsibility is a necessary choice for college students to develop their healthy personality and improve their comprehensive development.It is also an objective requirement to promote the construction of the harmonious society.The study from two different aspects discusses the problem of deficiency in college students’ self-responsibility and comprehensively analyses the reasons why some college students lack self-responsibility.And the study proposes some strategies to foster college students’ self-responsibility and calls on society,university,family and individuals to make relevant changes.This study is divided into four main parts.The first is introduction part,which includes research background,meaning,method,domestic and foreign research.The second part is about the theoretical summary of college students’ responsibility andself-responsibility.Based on the analysis of concept,the study summarizes the importance of cultivating college students’ sense of self-responsibility.The third part presents the questionnaire about the actual situation of college students’ self-responsibility.The survey revealed that the sense of college students’ self-responsibility is positive.But there are some negative phenomenons of self-responsibility.First some college students have insufficient cognitive ability in self-responsibility.Second some college students’ responsible consciousness is contrary to their behaviors.According to the results of the survey,the reasons why college students lack self-responsibility is accurately analyzed from social environment,universities,families and individual factors.The last part offers some effective countermeasures to cultivate college students’ sense of self-responsibility.Specifically,for example,our government should develop the role of the media.Universities should innovate the teaching contents and methods about college students’ self-responsibility education,enhance teachers’ self-responsibility and try to create great campus atmosphere for college students.In family,parents should reasonably guide their children to build up the consciousness of self-responsibility and set a good example for their children.For college students,they must change their attitudes.Then they should strengthen the sense of self-responsibility from individual thought,practice,behavior and overall development aspects.
