This paper taking Jinan Friday community and international city garden Xinyuan estates elderly give priority to, through questionnaire survey and physical examination, and screened 60-69 the healthy elderly 168 name. Divided into sta 86 patients (60-64 44 cases and 65-69 42 cases) and the control group 82 cases (60-64, 41 cases and 65-69 41 cases), two groups in physical quality related indexes were no significant differences. With fitness for a brisk walk for exercise means, weekly five times, each time lasted one hour exercise, in the process of exercise, subjects were asked to every minute walk 120-140 step, strength control in 55 percent of maximum heart rate, this experiment - 70 for 12 weeks. Before and after the experiment of 60-64 and 65-69 two age of subjects hand response, hand movements in succession, crook precursor, walk test, develops eye-hand coordination, single foot shutting standing, grip and upper limbs force 8 indexes were tested, and will obtain statistical data processing, analysis, aims to provide for the aged science fitness guidance. Results:1. Experimental through 12 weeks of fitness for a brisk walk exercise, 60-64 years of age old people in response, hand movements in succession, crook precursor, walk test, develops eye-hand coordination, single foot shutting standing, grip and upper limbs strength indexes have greatly improved, before and after the experiment with significant difference (P < 0.05).2. Experimental through 12 weeks of fitness for a brisk walk exercise, 69 years of age 65 - the elderly in response, hand movements in succession, crook precursor, walk test, single foot shutting standing, grip and upper limbs strength indexes have greatly improved, before and after the experiment with significant difference (P < 0.05), only develops eye-hand coordination indexes in the before and after the experiment is highly significant difference (P < 0.01).3. The reaction of elderly flexibility making ZuoWeiTi precursor index in 60-64 and 65-69 two age large difference.small age older age was obviously better than the old, big suggestion 65 years or older to strengthen flexibility exercises.
