The essential attribute of education is to educate people.It is akind of activity for cultivating people.It accomplishes the mission of cultivating people through specific teaching and practice activities.Life-oriented teaching is anew teaching concept put forward by educational scholars.It conforms to the needs of curriculum reform,emphasizes the teaching practice activities from the perspective of students,allows teachers to return to life,respects students' life development,and teachers and students in classroom interaction and experience.Constantly form new knowledge and train students into fully developed people.Therefore,its application can break through the shortcomings of traditional teaching,give full play to the main role of students,stimulate students' learning fun,enhance teachers' teaching ability,change the teaching status of high school ideological and political courses,and implement core literacy goals.After investigating and analyzing the current situation of the application of Life-based teaching in high school ideological and political course,it is found that life-based teaching has achieved some results.At the same time,there are some emphasis in teaching,such as teaching focuses on teachers,teaching objectives focus on knowledge,teaching content focuses on theory,teaching process focuses on presupposition,teaching evaluation focuses on utilitarian deficiencies,and analyzes relevant reasons for these problems,the relevant reasons are analyzed.Therefore,the life-based teaching of high school ideological and political course should strictly follow the principles of teaching practice,and constantly optimize the teaching subject,teaching purpose,teaching content,teaching means and teaching evaluation links,so as to make the life-based teaching concept truly permeate into classroom teaching and improve the teaching effectiveness of high school ideological and political course.
