Successful employment is an important goal for autistic adolescents to move towards independence.Good working skills and attitude can lay a good foundation for the employment of autistic adolescents and promote successful employment.Taking baking as an example and taking three adolescents with autism as the research subject,this study investigated the effect of video modeling teaching method on the working skills and working attitude of adolescents with autism by using a single cross-subject of multiple probe across subjects experiment design to study the effect of video modeling teaching method on the working skills and working attitude of adolescents with autism.The independent variable is the video demonstration teaching method.The dependent variable is the working skills and the working attitude.The working skill includes that can use the different classification structure correctly,can express the finger fine and the hand-eye coordination ability to complete the assigned work,can show certain mobility,can use the tools correctly,can use security protection with five dimensions.Working attitude includes six dimensions: working habit,responsibility,politeness,baking hygiene,work report and initiative.Finally,the research results are analyzed from three aspects: observation consistency,teaching procedure checking consistency and visual analysis,and through the social validity questionnaire video modeling teaching procedure accepted satisfaction survey,video demonstration teaching feasibility satisfaction survey,video demonstration teaching for working attitude and working skills satisfaction survey scale and open question way to establish social validity.The results showed that:1.Video modeling teaching method has an immediate effect on the acquisition of working skills of adolescents with autism.2.Video modeling teaching method has an immediate effect on the acquisition of working attitude of adolescents with autism.3.Video modeling teaching method has maintained the acquisition of working attitude of adolescents with autism.4.Video modeling teaching method has maintained the acquisition of working attitude of adolescents with autism.In addition,the researcher provides some suggestions in teaching and research,hoping to provide reference for the future application of the teacher in teaching and researchers in the relevant research.
