Located in the southeastern part of Gansu Province,Tielu Village has a slow economic development and is affected by the geographical environment and climate.Since then,the economy has lagged behind the central and eastern regions.This is also the main reason for the slow progress of local art education,especially relative In primary and secondary schools,the curriculum of primary and secondary schools in rural areas in Northwest China is relatively simple.The art courses are very severely suppressed by language and mathematics.The shortage of teachers is severe,and the professional level of teachers is limited.With the backwardness of hardware equipment,art classes have become The burden of students and teachers at the Iron Furnace Center School in Qinzhou District,Tielu Village is very embarrassing.Taking the Tielu Village Central School as an example,this paper studies the current situation,problems and effects of rural primary school art classrooms in the context of core literacy,and designs the art classroom teaching according to local conditions through case analysis.The first chapter of this paper mainly expounds the research background,significance,and related literature review,and then analyzes the research methods of this paper.The second chapter of this thesis mainly expounds the current situation of art teaching in the center of Tielu Village and the related theoretical analysis of the art-based teaching in the art classroom.It also puts forward the connotation of art-based local teaching and the advantages and necessity of art-based teaching practice.The third chapter of this thesis mainly expounds the development goals and development forms of the art classroom teaching in accordance with local conditions,and lists some art education resources that can be utilized in the local art classroom teaching,which lays a good foundation for the following research and practical case design.Through practical cases,the art classroom teaching was adapted to local conditions.The fourth chapter of this thesis mainly analyzes and rethinks from the perspective of the artistic resources of Tielu Village and the implementation perspective of the practice curriculum of the art classroom,and further proposes some suggestions for the implementation of art teaching according to local conditions.The fifth chapter of this paper concludes.
