Educational internship is an important step in the cultivation of normal students in undergraduate normal colleges.Therefore,normal colleges and universities attach great importance to the educational internship of normal students.With the efforts of all parties,the teacher's education internship has made some progress,but the problems in the internship are still quite serious.This study selects two college interns as field surveys and follow-up observations,based on the theory of teacher professional development stage and Bandura's self-efficacy theory,and the whole process of interns internship and the performance and evaluation of students in the internship school.Analyze the data obtained from follow-up observations,questionnaires and interviews,find out the problems existing in the internship process,and try to make suggestions from the perspective of combining theory and practice,in order to provide a method for solving the problem of educational internship.First,search for papers and periodicals on educational internships on websites such as HowNet,read,analyze,and summarize to understand the current development of interns internships as a basic reference for this study.Second,follow the questionnaires in existing papers.And a more detailed evaluation system design questionnaire and interview outline,in order to investigate the status quo and problems of the teacher's education internship;again,the field tracking and observation of the entire process of the teacher's internship to obtain relatively complete information;Finally,combined with the literature,field observation The data obtained,the questionnaires and the data obtained from the interviews,sort out the analysis,summarize the current situation and problems of the internships,reflect on the internships'effectiveness,and then try to put forward scientific and constructive suggestions in conjunction with the corresponding questions,in order to improve the teachers.Institutional education internships and the quality of training for normal students.The survey results show that the educational internship work of undergraduate schools has obtained the basic recognition of normal students,and the internship has achieved certain results.During the research,it was found that the undergraduate school teachers believed that the training of the undergraduate school before the internship was more reasonable.After the internship,the interns expressed rich experience n education and teaching;improved comprehensive ability and organizational communication ability.However,there are still many areas for improvement in undergraduate teacher education internships.For example,the selection criteria for interns are lacking,and the internship subjects are inconsistent with their undergraduate majors;the formalism exists in the internship and the students in the internship school do not agree with the interns.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward some suggestions for improving the internship of undergraduate normal education from the perspectives of undergraduate school training of normal students,teachers'own students,internship schools and comprehensive perspectives.For example,Do a good job in the selection of teachers'internships,the selection of instructors,the construction of internship bases,and the improvement of university middle school cooperation systems.
