| Teachers are the key to the development of education,and the government has been paying attention to the training of teacher students.Normal students are candidates for teachers,and the professional growth of normal students is important to the educational level of future teachers and the quality of basic education.Paying attention to the professional growth of teacher students can help improve the overall level of the teaching staff and the quality of education and teaching,and can help teacher students better obtain a sense of professional achievement and happiness in the teaching profession.Educational internship is an important link in the training of normal students,and it plays an indispensable role in the professional growth of normal students.This research takes the elementary school education major teacher students as the research object,discusses their growth and changes in the internship process,and analyzes the causes of some problems in the internship process,and puts forward targeted suggestions for scientifically and rationally arranging teacher students’ educational internships.It is recommended to promote the professional growth of normal students in the process of Educational internship.This research mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is introduction.The reason for selecting the topic and the design of the research are expounded,and the relevant domestic and foreign literature is reviewed and related concepts are defined.The second part is an overview of teacher training students.One is about the professional quality structure of teachers,and the other is an overview of the professional quality of normal students.The third part is the investigation of the status quo of the professional growth of normal students during the internship.Based on the theory of teacher professional development and in accordance with the specific requirements in the "Professional Standards for Primary School Teachers ",a questionnaire and interview outline were compiled on this basis.The survey and interviews of teachers in elementary school education revealed that the number of lectures,the number of classes,the internship experience of the head teacher,the freedom of internship,the internship school,and the training before the internship are the main factors that affect the professional growth of teacher students during the internship.It also makes a specific analysis of the factors that affect the professional growth of normal students during the internship.The fourth part is the impact of Educational internship on the professional growth of normal students.In the process of internship,the professionalism of normal students is developed,professional knowledge is improved,and professional ability is improved.At the same time,there are still some problems in the internship process.This research summarizes and analyzes the reasons for the problems from the aspects of role preparation,training organization,instructor,internship environment,and internship tasks.The fifth part is the promotion strategy for the professional growth of normal students.This research proposes improvement strategies from the three main aspects of normal school,practice school,and normal students themselves.Normal colleges should help normal students to establish their professional ideals,set up professional courses reasonably,and strengthen the organization and management of internships;internship schools should attach great importance to internships,improve internship benefits,select instructors,and carry out teaching exchange activities;normal students should do it themselves Good role preparation,establish a positive attitude towards internship,insist on teaching reflection and engage in teaching and research activities. |
