The Study On College Student’s Thanksgiving Education

"Culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual home of the people.The unique concept,wisdom,grace and charm of Chinese culture add to the confidence and pride of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation in their hearts." Gratitude is an important part of Chinese traditional culture,an important emotion of human beings,and a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation.Thanksgiving education is not only moral education,but also the education of outlook on life,world outlook and values.With the rapid development of economy,some college students are influenced by Western culture,which presents such problems as inaccurate orientation of self-worth,poor self-discipline and lack of self-cultivation.Even some college students take for granted the cultivation of schools,family upbringing and social support.As the main position of gratitude education for college students,how to guide college students to learn to be grateful is not only related to the personal development of College students,but also affects the overall quality of the Chinese nation.Therefore,Thanksgiving Education for college students has become a social concern.Based on the theoretical basis and research results related to gratitude education and gratitude education for college students,this paper explores the status quo of gratitude education for college students by means of questionnaires,which mainly includes the achievements of improving gratitude consciousness of College students,increasing gratitude behavior of College students,developing gratitude education in Colleges and universities,and the existing problems of gratitude education for college students,namely gratitude education.The main reasons for the problems are found out pertinently,such as the lack of attention of schools,the bad influence of social environment,the imbalance of family Thanksgiving Education and the lack of gratitude awareness of college students themselves.The ways to strengthen college students’ Thanksgiving education are put forward,that is,according to college students.The goal,principle and method of thanksgiving education are put forward from four aspects: school,family,society and oneself.The research content of this paper is to study the backward situation of Thanksgiving Education for college students.Through explaining the relevant content,we can make a more in-depth understanding of Thanksgiving Education for college students,and provide reference for relevant scholars in the study of Thanksgiving Education for college students.
