| In order to solve the adverse effects of sports injury and burnout in the training of curlers,we use the Working Memory task as a measurement paradigm to observe the correct rate and response of functional training to curlers with different genders, different sports levels and different sports years.Time and event-related potential P300,concomitant negative wave(CNV)difference and the influence of brain regions.Research purposes: To explore the effects of changes in event-related potentials and psychological processes of curlers, improve the athletic ability of curlers, optimize athletes’ motivation and reduce sports injuries, and thus extend sports life.Subjects: In the Jilin Province Curling Team,35 athletes who did not participate in functional training similar to this exercise prescription were recruited as experimental subjects, and the data were valid for 30 before and after.Results:(1)There was a significant difference in the correct position of the male and female curlers before and after the functional training(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in the response between the same and different positions(P<0.05)..There was a significant difference in the correct position rate between the pre-test and post-test functional position of the fitness-level curling athletes(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the reaction(P<0.01);there was a significant difference in the response at different positions(P < 0.05).There were significant differences between the pre-test and post-test functional correctness and response time of the curling athletes who had more than 3 years and 2-3 years(P<0.05).(2)The latency of P300 at the same position of male curling athletes at Fz,Pz and Cz points was significantly shorter than that before training(P<0.05).The amplitude of P300 at different positions Pz and Cz was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.05).The latency and amplitude of P300 at the same position of the pot athletes at the same position were significantly different from those before training(P<0.05).The amplitudes of P300 at different positions Fz,Pz and Cz were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.05;).The latency and amplitude of P300,Pz,Pz and Cz points of the same level and different positions for 3 years were significantly higher than those before training(P<0.05).(3)There were significant differences in gender between Fz and Pz points; The CNV amplitudes of the curlers and the Fz,Pz,and Cz points of the athletes over 3 years are also very significant compared with the other two groups of athletes.(4)The female curling, the fitness level and the curling athletes over 3 years later measured the activation of the frontal, central and parietal lobe better than other group curlers.Research conclusions: Functional training can significantly improve the cognitive ability of curling athletes to pay attention to resource input, reaction speed and visual spatial memory. The specific performance of F300,Pz,Cz P300 latency and amplitude can be improved. In addition, the frontal area and the central area The activation of the area and the parietal lobe may enhance the expectation, motivation, and psychological factors. The specific amplitude of the CNV amplitude of the Fz,Pz,and Cz points is significantly higher than that before the training, which helps to improve the technical movement and cognitive ability of the curlers. |
