Research On The Construction Of The Undergraduate Major Of Tourism Management In Universities For Nationalities

This study takes the concentric development of higher education and the revitalization of undergraduate education as the historical background,and takes the implementation of the "four services" as the mission background to preliminarily explore the undergraduate construction of tourism management in ethnic universities and colleges.The construction of tourism management undergraduate program in ethnic colleges and universities is the key to cultivate outstanding,innovative and top-notch tourism talents based on ethnic minorities and facing ethnic areas,and it is also an important link to run tourism higher education with the satisfaction of the people.However,at present,taking B university as an example,the ethnic universities and colleges,should pay attention to the practical problems in the aspects of talent training objectives,curriculum system,teaching staff,teaching materials and practice base in the construction of tourism management undergraduate major.Based on the above background and problem analysis,this study uese Parsons’ structural functionalism theory(AGIL)schema to preliminarily analyze the current situation,problems and causes of undergraduate tourism management major construction in ethnic universities and colleges,and proposes corresponding optimization countermeasures.This study consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction part,explaining that the background of the undergraduate construction of tourism management in the college of nationalities is based on the background of The Times,the background of strategy,the background of mission,the background of the industry and the comprehensive environment of its own development.The second part takes the historical development as the main line,respectively combs the development vein of the tourism management major of ethnic universities and colleges.Among them,according to the characteristics of social development in a specific period,the development process of ethnic universities and colleges.is divided into five stages:preliminary stage,critical stage,heavy blow stage,reconstruction stage and stable development stage.Third part combined with literature method and interview method,through study design,study results summary describes the present tourism management ethnic universities and colleges to training target,course system,teaching staff,teaching material,practice base in five dimensions for the whole description,a comprehensive grasp B university tourism management undergraduate specialty construction of reality.The fourth part mainly analyzes the main problems and the reasons behind the construction of tourism management major in ethnic colleges taking B university as an example.Through the analysis,it is found that the construction problems are not evenly distributed in five aspects:target,curriculum,teachers,teaching materials and platform.Based on this,it is concluded that there are subjective factors and objective factors behind this series of practical problems,there are layout reasons and implementation reasons,there are cultural levels and there are material levels,it is an intricate system with many factors intertwined.The fifth part expounds that the construction of undergraduate tourism management major in ethnic universities and colleges should take the party and the state strategy as the guiding ideology,review the history,follow the law,put people first and highlight the characteristics as the construction principle,clarify the objectives of the construction of tourism management major in ethnic universities and colleges,and explore the construction optimization path.On the whole,it is to give play to the guiding role of the goal,highlight the educational value of the curriculum,focus on the.main strength of teachers,play a good role as a link between the teaching materials,and create a teaching platform for the practice base.This study initially tries to apply Parsons’ structural functionalism theory(AGIL)to the study of specialty construction,and attempts to construct the AGIL diagram of tourism management undergraduate specialty construction in ethnic universities and colleges.
