At present,China's economic development has stepped into a new normal.Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation,a wave of "double creation"has been set off all over the country.As the main force leading economic development and promoting social progress,the status of innovative and entrepreneurial talents has gradually become prominent.Jurong is in a critical period of industrial restructuring and economic transformation and upgrading,the leading role of talent is particularly prominent.Based on the relevant theory of talent introduction,this paper studies the predicament and solution of talent introduction in Jurong City by using case study and literature study.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are summarized,and the relevant research situation at home and abroad are reviewed.Secondly,the relevant theories of this study,such as human capital theory,talent flow theory,incentive theory,are analyzed.Thirdly,the case of this study is described in detail.The analysis mainly includes:the structure and distribution of the introduction of talent in Jurong City;the existing policies and characteristics of the introduction of talent in Jurong City;the trend of enterprise demand for talent and the main problems in the introduction of talent in Jurong City,and the analysis of the predicament of the introduction of talent in Jurong City from the three aspects of government,talent and enterprise.Fourth,a comparative analysis of typical cases,get experience and inspiration:Nanjing Jiangning District and Zhenjiang Yangzhong City as a case study,summarize and refine their experience and characteristics of talent introduction work,so that Jurong City talent introduction work in the incentive policy and enterprise demand for talent and other aspects of experience and inspiration.Finally,according to the advanced experience of other regions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to get rid of the predicament of talent introduction,Create "demand-oriented,enterprise-oriented,service-based,agriculture-highlighted'3+1'market-oriented talent introduction model".
