The domestic and foreign scholars from sociology,the research on the teacher role identity development psychology,but the object of study for the ideological and political teachers,other teachers and other groups,less focused on role identity to carry out ideological and political teachers in high school.The world today is undergoing great changes and adjustments,new round of technological and industrial revolution is also bred,the new growth momentum continues to accumulate.China socialism into a new era,opened a new journey to the comprehensive construction of socialism.In the background of new curriculum reform,the role of study on the identity of the teachers of Ideological and political course,can make the ideological and political teachers on their own have a strong sense of self identity connotation,recognition and acceptance of their own ideological and political course teacher identity,and to the thought political lesson teacher identity in Teaching And life has a profound understanding and awareness of their own occupation,to establish long engaged in Ideological and political teaching beliefs,have the corresponding knowledge,ability and basic literacy,to ideological and political teacher's identity,and assume the corresponding responsibilities and obligations in teaching and life,and from the experience of to happiness,and more adapt to the new era of development.The aim of this research is to put forward reasonable suggestions for the role of identity politics teachers under the idea of implementation under the background of new curriculum reform.On the basis of the research on teachers' role identity at home and abroad,this paper adopts the method of combining quantitative research with qualitative research,through the method of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,This paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of the role identity of the ideological and political teachers under the newcurriculum reform.The main contents of the investigation include the basic information of the ideological and political teachers,the first degree of the ideological and political teachers;The salary income level of the ideological and political teachers,the frequency of the ideological and political teachers' participation in the training of the new curriculum,the degree of understanding of the school-based curriculum,the adaptation of the roles encountered by the ideological and political teachers,The investigation shows that the salary level of the ideological and political teachers is an important factor affecting the role identity of the ideological and political teachers.The age of ideological and political teachers has a positive predictive effect on their willingness to try and accept new roles.The respect of parents and students has a positive predictive effect on their job satisfaction;whether the first degree is the ideological and political major for role adaptation,role confusion,Role conflict has a positive impact on the role of ideological and political teachers.The research results show that the role identification of the ideological and political teachers under the background of the new curriculum reform requires joint efforts from all sides,and the society needs to face up to the social status of the ideological and political teachers;The state and society should ensure the remuneration of ideological and political teachers to meet their material needs,and schools should advocate a comprehensive and scientific evaluation and management system to provide a professional platform for the development of ideological and political teachers.Ideological and political teachers themselves also need to adjust their role cognition,enrich their own quality,and improve their professional literacy.The research results have a certain guiding effect on the realization of the new role identity of ideological and political teachers in the new curriculum reform.
