| With the arrival of a new round of basic curriculum reform,China’s education has entered the era of key competencies.The ideological and political discipline complies with the era,and is experiencing a reform path based on the key competencies of students and with the key competencies of the ideological and political discipline of senior high school as a reference.The new curriculum reform also puts forward many new requirements for the development of teachers.The improvement of the key competencies of high school ideological and political teachers is conducive to the implementation of the key competencies of Ideological and political science and the cultivation of the key competencies of students,so as to promote the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform and better respond to the challenges of the new situation of education development.Therefore,the research on the optimization of the core quality of high school ideological and political teachers has become the focus of the development of education in the new era,which has important theoretical value and far-reaching practical significance.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the core quality of high school ideological and political teachers includes four parts: firm political belief,profound knowledge quality,exquisite teaching art and strong sense of social responsibility.Through the questionnaire survey and interview between teachers and students,this paper sums up the main problems existing in the key competencies of Ideological and political teachers in senior high school,such as the lack of political belief,the lack of profound knowledge literacy,the too simple teaching art and the lack of strong sense of social responsibility.In-depth analysis shows that the main reasons for the problems of the key competencies of Ideological and political teachers in senior high school include: the lack of internal driving force for teachers’ self-development,the defects in school teaching evaluation and management,the deviation of the social concept of Ideological and political education,and the relevant mechanism of education administrative departments need to be improved.Then it puts forward some suggestions to optimize the key competencies of high school ideological and political teachers: first,high school ideological and political teachers should carry out self-improvement of key competencies;second,schools should build a scientific teacher evaluation management system;third,the society should establish a correct ideological and political education concept;fourth,education administrative departments should establish a perfect mechanism to improve the key competencies of teachers. |
