Junior High School Physical Education Teachers In Shanxi Competency Of Study

In information science and technology rapid development of modern society,increasing teachers' quality requirements,with the rapid development of economy at the same time,the national demand the with environmental standards in the world,so the national quality represents a country's overall quality level.The country has continued to expand its investment in education,and the country's investment in education in 2016 will reach38888.39 billion yuan,with a growth of 7.64% by 2015.This represents a country attaches great importance to education,and strive to the education of the people level gradually improve.However,with the increase of education culture level,the problem of the decline of national fitness level gradually came into view.More and more people only pay attention to the improvement of living standard,but neglect the improvement of their physical quality.In order to ensure that people's overall health is not sharp drop in our country,the state has staged a series of sports policies to promote the national constitution,mainly from the mass sports,competitive sports,school sports and sports industry and so on sports reform.Beams of strengthening school sports in order to develop our country's sports,is the so-called "youth is strong,the country strong",in the process of promoting the development of primary and middle school students' physical fitness without the guidance of physical education teacher.As part of education,school sports is responsible for the harmonious development of students' body and mind.Therefore,PE teachers not only exist as a teacher,but also the guide of students' psychological development,the facilitator of physical activity and the manager of classroom discipline.The vocational quality of a physical teacher is directly related to the future of the student,so in the process of the human selection process,the leader of the school should be able to conduct a full observation and review of the quality of the physical teacher,and to know what the physical characteristics of the physical teacher have to do to make the teacher take the responsibility of being a teacher.In order to promote the better development of sports in Shanxi Province,this paper selected the eleven cities in Shanxi Province for junior high school physical education teachers competency of research study with the questionnaire survey method,mathematicalstatistics and logic analysis.This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects :(1)Analyze the review of competence characteristics of various experts and scholars in recent years,and draw lessons from the advantages of various fields;(2)Analyze the data of the survey,analyze the model and theoretical analysis of the sports teachers,and understand the advantages and disadvantages of them;(3)Take the overall picture,analyze the results of the data,and figure out where to start the correction,and make it better for the P.E.teacher;(4)The analysis in the recruitment of PE teachers should pay attention to the policy and how to develop.After the investigation,it is concluded that there are several important conclusions:(1)Through the gender studies of the teachers of the Shanxi Province,it is found that the ratio of men and women is uneven,and it is expected to increase the training and recruitment of the female gym teachers;(2)According to the analysis of the six dimensions,including personality dimensions as well as the professional knowledge dimension need to Shanxi Province sports teachers constantly improve,so as to promote the development of better;(3)As the number of sports teachers increase,the professional titles are becoming more and more competitive,at the same time,the requirement for the education level is higher,which is a favorable trend for the strengthening of the students' sports standards;(4)By investigating the way in which the physical characteristics of sports teachers are promoted,it is found that more teachers will enjoy the improvement measures of professional knowledge such as mental health,health training,etc.,so that the school may regularly organize or encourage sports teachers to take part in similar activities so as to better improve the qualified characteristics of the physical teacher.
