"T plan to recognize" is an important measure to supplement the construction of rural teachers and improve the level and comprehensive quality of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools.Study the agriculture to realize teaching intention,attention to agriculture in service after the expiry of the period to recognize future,understand their real needs,to retain talent for the purpose of policy guidance,establish and improve the incentive mechanism,put yourself in to agriculture to realize life demand as the fundamental principle,attracts people with policy and treatment,emotional infection,provide career development opportunities for the farmers of masters students,at the same time,encourage and support the local actively implement the "master plan" to recognize.The improvement of education quality in rural areas plays an important role in promoting the balanced development of education in urban and rural areas.Study through literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics research methods,such as the 2011,2012,2013,2014,2015,level of physical agriculture to realize as investigation object,understand the basic situation of sports in Shanxi Province farmer born to recognize,and their basic cognition of teacher as an occupation,the analysis of physical agriculture to realize teaching intention,with humanistic concern,the real from the perspective of sport agriculture to realize analysis of factors influencing the sports farmers born from teaching willingness to recognize.To solve the problem of low willingness of agricultural students: some of them have defaulted in the service period.No longer willing to teach after the expiration of the service;The service period did not give the practice school play its due role;I am willing to teach but have slack in the teaching process,and the work attitude is not positive.Through the investigation and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the lack of policy implementation,the limited enrollment scope,and the influence of the teacher's willingness to teach;(2)affected by the examination education,the development space of the agricultural Suk students is limited,the education will be affected;(3)the school sports work is limited and hit the enthusiasm of the farmers to continue to teach.(4)the poor conditions of local schools,low degree of satisfaction of farmer's students and the influence of teaching willingness;(5)in the process of policy implementation,the implementation is not in place.Through the study and put forward the following Suggestions:(1)increase the " T plan to recognize " to recognize the graduate recruit the propaganda,widen the channel of the " T plan to recognize " to recognize the graduate student's selection,selection of "master plan" to recognize the graduate center of gravity down on the local normal colleges.(2)to balance the allocation of education resources in urban and rural areas,and improve the salary treatment of rural teachers,especially those in remote rural areas.(3)on the basis of on-site pre-job training,nongshuo should improve his teaching ability.(4)pay attention to school sports work and pay attention to physical education in primary and secondary schools.(5)increase the supporting input of education in rural areas,so that teachers in rural areas can have no worries.(6)to retain talent for the purpose of policy guidance,establish and improve the incentive mechanism,put yourself in to the need of agricultural raw to recognize as a fundamental principle,attracts people with policy and treatment,emotional infection,to provide career development opportunities for agriculture to realize raw,make the raw root to recognize rural education career.
