With the continuous attention of countries to teacher professional development,teachers' professional development theory and education concept have been continuously deepened,teacher specialization has become the mainstream trend of The Times.As for education institutions,teachers' professional development has become the main driving force of education reform.As an important carrier of education for teachers,teacher education curriculum play a crucial role of normal university students in the cultivation of education competence and education concept and education knowledge.Therefore,the study of teacher education curriculum,this paper analyzes problems existing in the course design and implementation,so as to promote the reform of teacher education,is conducive to the construction of high quality and professional teachers in our country.The study selected the three local colleges teachers' professional teacher education curriculum in Chinese literature as the research objects.For teacher education curriculum research mainly by the institutions curriculum comparing with the relevant requirement of "curriculum standard",the analysis of A,B,C three colleges and universities of teacher education curriculum of the status quo of credit and the subjects of the courses;For curriculum implementation research mainly through the establishment of teacher education curriculum implementation of the questionnaire,survey of three colleges and universities students in teacher education curriculum content,curriculum teaching methods and evaluation methods,the content of the education practice curriculum,guiding and practice effect andteacher education curriculum learning four sorts of the status quo.Through the above two studies,Through the above two studies,it is found that there are the following problems in the curriculum standard,training scheme and curriculum implementation process of various colleges and universities.The problem including the low requirement of relevant credits in the standard;There is a mismatch between the training target and the social demand of each institution.Teacher education has a low proportion and unreasonable curriculum structure;There is a gap in the construction of teacher ethics;The course subject setting still cannot meet the needs of basic education curriculum reform;Although the course implementation has been improved,it still needs further reform.Education internship content is fragmented,education internship guidance is insufficient.Aiming at the above problems,the author puts forward the requirement of improving the curriculum standard.Adjust training objectives according to social development needs;Appropriately increase the proportion of teacher education and promote the balanced development of curriculum structure;The modular teacher education course is set up based on course standard.Flexible use of various teaching methods and evaluation methods to promote classroom teaching reform;Perfect the education practice curriculum and improve the practice ability of normal students;Teachers education community is established to promote the reform of education curriculum in colleges and universities.
