The SWOT Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Talent Introduction In Ruzhou City

Talent plays an important role in the economic and social development,directly related to the core competitiveness and sustainable development ability of a country or a region.With competitive national development and increasing regional competition of talent work now,talent introduction becomes the most significant factor of regional development in pushing the economic society towards scientific development direction.In all regions,especially in big cities,various preferential policies attracting talents have been introduced constantly for talent competition.For small cities lacking of location and economic advantages,how to do a good job in talent introduction under this situation is an important research topic.This paper selecting Ruzhou,a small inland city in the central region as an object,through questionnaire survey,literature research,comparative study,SWOT analysis and so on,made a full investigation and research on the talent introduction of Ruzhou to understand its talent status,and found that in recent years the talent introduction work of Ruzhou has made some outstanding achievements.However,there still has many problems like insufficient talents quantum,irrational distribution of talent structure,imperfect talent introduction mechanism,relatively insufficient public financial investment and nonstandard policy operation.This paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of talent introduction in Ruzhou city by SWOT analysis method.On the basis of drawing lessons from the talent introduction theories at home and abroad and combining with the reality of Ruzhou city,it puts forward a corresponding countermeasure of talent introduction,which will have certain reference and motive effect for the future talent introduction and talent team construction of Ruzhou city,and further has a realistic significance in promoting the urban-rural integration and city internationalization of this area.
