It is one of the basic strategies of China's educational reform to promote the modernization of education and realize the leapfrogging development of education with the iformation technology of education.Educational informatization can not only promote educational reform,but also put forward new requirements for the information society which has come.It is of great significance to deepen educational reform and implement quality education for all.Teachers are the key influencing factors for the success of educational informatization.The information literacy of primary school teachers is of great significance to the promotion of educational information,the implementation of quality education,the promotion of basic education reform and the improvement of educational quality.Under the trend of informationization,as the minority teachers,we should not only keep up with the pace of the national education development,but also stick to the national basis.Because of the limitation of Korean language and the influence of culture and other factors,the research on Korean teachers information literacy has important research value.This article has used the literature,questionnaire and interview,to Yanji City,aKorean The study was conducted by 91 elementary school teachers.Specific analysisof the korean primary school teachers information literacy exists And according to the influencing factors to explore the information literacy of korean primary school teachers In the united states.Through the research,we know that the overall level of information literacy of Korean primary school teachers is general The information consciousness is good,the information knowledge is general,the information ability is general,the information morals is good.The present situation is caused by the lack of adequate support for the construction of information technology resources environment,the lack of planning in the training of schools and the unsound management information system.Sum up the results that school management has a significant impact on teachers'information literacy.According to the research,put forward specific countermeasures to improve the information literacy of Korean primary school teachers.The countermeasures are as follows:1.Improve the information technology resources construction.
