Education informationalization succeeding or not, the teacher is a key influence factor. In order to advance the process of the education informationalization, we need to change the teacher's information consciousness, improve teacher information technology ability and information knowledge constantly, therefore promote teacher information literacy become educational urgent subject that informationization faces already in an all-round way. The cultivation of teacher's information literacy in the middle and primary schools needs support of hardware environment, resource of the software , humane environment ,etc, involve every aspect of management of the school , including the management in manpower, financial resources and material resources , time , information ,etc. So, the cultivation of teacher's information literacy in the middle and primary schools can't be isolated, got in touch with the management of the school closely. How to improve the school management and strengthen the information literacy of the teachers is worth studying very much.This text surveys current situation of teacher's information literacy in the middle and primary schools, understand the current situation and problems of teacher's information literacy in the middle and primary schools, and through to the case study of W school , announce the successful experience of management that W school trains teacher's information literacy. On this basis, I put forward the suggestion of management tactics that teacher's information literacy of some middle and primary schools trains, expecting to offer reference to the cultivation which strengthens teacher's information literacy in the middle and primary schools.
