In recent years,the incidence of blood disease continues to rise.At the same time,children with blood disease is also gradually increased.There is a great disaster for children and their families that long treatment cycle,heavy economic pressure they encounter in hospitalization.In the long process of hospitalization,children face unfamiliar environment,monotonous life and painful examination and treatment,which make children to face huge medical fear.This study was conducted to better meet the needs of children and their families.This article explores the use of play therapies in hospitalized children with medical fear.This study focuses on the analysis of the fear of hospitalized children,how the paly therapy combined with social work methods for hospitalized children' s psychological healing,comprehensive intervention in the hospital child medical fear of the effect and how can social work establish a practical model for treating medical fear in hospitalized children.This article attempts to intervene in hospitalized children with hematological disease through play therapy in the context of team work and case work.Case work can meet the individual needs of clients,while the team work is able to enhance mutual assistance between hospitalized children and use team motivation to reduce the fear of treatment,so it is an important complement to the group work and help to achieve the goal of service.After the professional services of the researcher found that game therapy to a certain extent.It's not only can reduce children medical fear and the burden of parents of children,but also to support the work of health care workers.But the effect of game therapy intervention by many factors.Therefore,the researcher suggested that we should to establish a children activity room in the hospital and training with a medical background professional game therapist,and under the guidance of social work values,researcher should use multidisciplinary approaches to better assist clients in reducing or even eliminating medical fears.
