With the rapid transformation of modern industrial material civilization from modern industrial material civilization to contemporary ecological civilization,ecological culture,as the core leading culture of ecological civilization,is gradually rising,and the ecological culture construction of primary and secondary school teachers also quickly mentions the main agenda of education and even the whole social ecological culture construction.The systematic exploration of the scientific connotation and value of the ecological culture construction of primary and secondary school teachers,the problems in the construction of the ecological culture of primary and middle school teachers and the ways to solve the problems are of great significance for the growth of teachers,teachers,students and parents,and can also push the innovation and progress of education,society and the state.In this paper,the basic concept,theoretical foundation,value characteristics,basic types,development trend,existing problems and solution measures of teachers' ecological culture construction of primary and middle school teachers are systematically investigated and studied by using the thinking principles of logical and historical methods.This paper argues that teacher's sub culture theory,educational social ecology theory and field theory are important basic theories to study the ecological culture construction of primary and secondary school teachers.Life and caring,inheritance and creativity,systematisms and relevance are the core contents and characteristics of primary school teachers' ecological culture.In order to better conform to the development direction of the primary and middle school teachers' ecological culture life main concept,organizational factors co symbiosis and ecological environment protection,the guidance,cohesion,incentive and innovation of primary and secondary school teachers' ecological culture are built and played,and the ecological culture of primary and secondary school teachers is faced with the individual,group and related ethnic groups.This paper discusses and puts forward the basic strategies and measures of scientific correction and transcendence,relaxation and harmony,and innovation and expansion in the process of ecological culture construction of primary and secondary school teachers.
