The Research Of University Culture Construction Based On The Ecological Idea

With the advancement of the construction of socialist cultural power, university culture as an important part of socialist culture, which needs to shoulder the new responsibility given by society. Especially the society attaches great importance to the ecological development and scientific development nowadays. The construction of university culture needs a correct and health concept to lead itself, which are both the requirements of the development of the university and the demand of the society. According to ecological idea to explore the construction of university culture, which precisely meet the demand of the university and social for looking for idea guidance. It also has profound significance to promote the development of social and to advance the comprehensive strength and the level of university. This thesis takes the Guangxi University as an example, and explores the construction of university culture from the angle of ecological idea.First of all, this study starts from the concepts and the research background to analyze the time background and the research status at home and abroad of university culture, and then put forward the corresponding research methods. Next, this study analyzes the present situation of the university cultural construction of three typical representative universities at home and abroad and obtains corresponding revelation. And then, the author analyzes the construction situation, the existing problems and reasons of the culture the Guangxi University. Thirdly, the thesis builds the mode thinking of the construction of university cultural based on the ecological idea, mainly including the theoretical basis of the construction of university cultural,main content, motivation, objectives and principles. Finally, the thesis builds up the implementation plan for Guangxi University analyzing from the parts of construction idea, top-level design, platform and mechanism. The ultimate goal of the research is to build mode for the construction of university culture conforming to the ecological idea thus further promoting the higher education to the healthy and stable development.
